All orders within Lebanon are shipped at a flat rate of $5.00 USD.
Please note: In certain cases, and depending on the specific shipping location, additional shipping fees may apply. These additional charges are determined by the pricing of the third-party delivery service utilized for that area. Any such charges will be clearly communicated to you during the checkout process.

Our estimated delivery time for all destinations is 0-2 business days.
Order Cut-Off Time:
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT+02:00) Eastern European Standard Time (Beirut) will be processed on the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.
Handling Time:
We strive to get your order ready for transit as quickly as possible. Our handling time is 0 days, meaning if the shipment is ready on the same day the order was placed (and before the cut-off time), it will be handed off for carrier pick-up. We fulfill orders Monday – Sunday.
Transit Time:
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, the transit time is 0-2 days. We ship orders Monday – Sunday.
Total Delivery Time:
The total estimated delivery time for your order, from placement to arrival, is 0-2 business days, based on customer locations.

Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges:
We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products.

Returned products must be in new only condition.
